The caring staff at Dr. Tim Langguth’s office has more than 60 years of combined experience. Over that time we have demonstrated our commitment to your smile by staying up to date with all of the latest equipment and by continually improving and educating ourselves on fresh and innovative techniques.

Dr. Tim Langguth is devoted to his patients’ care! Over the years he has established a reputation of integrity by caring for each of his patients as if they were members of his own family.

Dr. Langguth is no newcomer to devoting his time to service, both within the immediate vicinity and in the dental community at large. You see, Dr. Langguth believes that strong leaders develop out of service.

Since 1973, after graduation from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Langguth has been an active member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. He is the immediate past president of the Minnesota Dental Association.  He serves on the hospital dental staff at St. Luke's and St. Mary’s Hospitals, and is on staff at Lake Superior College, Dental Hygiene School. He is also a past board member of Family Services of Duluth, the Greater Downtown Council and the Duluth Area Family YMCA – and that’s just the tip of the iceberg. He is a firm believer in continuing education and is a member of numerous local and national study groups devoted to keeping dentists on the leading edge of technology and techniques. Dr. Langguth also enthusiastically supports area student internship programs.

In brief, Dr. Langguth’s passion for his profession and this community is only surpassed by his compassion for his patients. A compassion that’s strengthened by a commitment to grow and learn, and to go the extra mile for the people he serves. After all, it’s one thing to see an increase in patient loyalty, but still another to have them coming back for a hug.

Meet Our Staff

If two heads are better than one, imagine the respect and care you’ll receive from our specialized and personable support staff.

Lori Sandelin, a registered Dental Hygenist (RDH), has been with Dr. Langguth for more than 28 years. During this time she has developed relationships with her patients while teaching good oral hygiene and preventive dental care. Care that is designed to extend the life of patients’ teeth and total dental health; contributing to their comfort, outer appearance and inner confidence. After all, Lori believes that beautiful smiles should last a lifetime. Away from the office Lori can be found quilting, attending the latest theatre production, movie, or sports event, and enjoying her four grandchildren.

As Dr. Langguth’s chairside assistant for the past 24 years, Sue Manisto, a certified registered Dental Assistant (CRDA) goes out of her way to ensure patients’ needs are met. Whether making patients as comfortable and relaxed as possible in the dental chair, or performing office and laboratory duties, Sue is truly concerned with a patient's well-being and makes every effort to ensure a wonderful visit, every visit. After hours, Sue enjoys watching Huskies baseball, fishing while at the family cabin on Eagle Lake and spending quality time with her husband, family and friends.

Linda Ingelbret, a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) has been with Dr. Langguth for close to five years. As a trained professional, Linda takes pride in providing the highest standard of dental care possible for all of her patients by fulfilling both their spoken and unspoken needs. Under Linda’s watchful eye, common fears fade away as she makes everyone feel right at home. During her off hours, it’s not uncommon to find Linda thoroughly enjoying such hobbies as quilting and music.

Jill Bjork is the newest member of the team. She has become our office manager/receptionest. She comes to us with previous dental experience among her talents. She has two children, Janelle and Bradley. She enjoys watching Bradley play soccer, movies, and singing in her spare time. She is also enjoying getting to know you, our patients, so please greet her when you come in or call.
